William Collier is the CEO and President of I’m Bully Free, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to creating safer environments for children and communities worldwide. With over 25 years of combined experience in anti-bullying programs, William has been a driving force in advocating for youth, schools, and communities affected by bullying and discrimination.

Under William’s leadership, I’m Bully Free has reached over 500,000 children since its inception in 2012, providing education, resources, and support to those who have experienced bullying. His expertise in anti-bullying strategies has led him to author two comprehensive manuals on bullying and co-author several children’s books focused on bullying prevention.

Through innovative initiatives and impactful campaigns, William continues to champion the mission of I’m Bully Free, working to ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow and thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

Billy J. Enochs has an extensive private and public sector experience base, serving in many unique roles and capacities. He just completed a 2 + year deployment to the State Operation Center in Austin, heading up the military aspects of the State’s response to Covid-19. He is currently employed by the National Guard Bureau Office of the Joint Surgeon and the Texas Military Department, serving as the Regional Medical Plans Officer for FEMA Region 6. He has served as an elected official as a Friendswood City councilman and Mayor Pro Tem. Couple this with his 20+ years of work/consulting experience across a wide range of industry sectors, Billy brings a unique skill set and passion for improving both the Organizations’ leadership capability and bottom-line performance. His education is an MBA concentrated in Management Information Systems, Master of Public Health (MPH), BS in Environmental Science, and an AAS in Electronics. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 auditor.

Adam Farris is an innovative leader and advocate dedicated to making a difference in the world of technology and inclusion. As the Chief Technology Officer of I'm Bully Free, Adam plays a vital role in managing and enhancing the organization's digital presence, ensuring accessibility, security, and seamless user experiences across platforms.

With a passion for technology and a commitment to social impact, Adam brings expertise in website development, digital strategy, and online engagement. His work ensures that I'm Bully Free remains a trusted resource for individuals seeking support, education, and advocacy in the fight against bullying.

Beyond his role as CTO, Adam is a well-known Autism and disability advocate, inspirational speaker, and entrepreneur. As the Founder and President of Younique Abilities, he champions inclusivity by providing opportunities for individuals with unique abilities to showcase their talents.

Adam’s journey is one of resilience and empowerment. Despite being diagnosed with Autism and Tourette syndrome, he has never let labels define him. Instead, he uses his experiences to inspire others, proving that technology, advocacy, and determination can create positive change.

Through his leadership at I'm Bully Free, Adam continues to push boundaries, leveraging technology to amplify awareness and foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive community for all.
